Request deletion of Fractas Social Studio data
Users and account owners can request deletion of Fractas Social Studio data associated with their connected social account.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@fractas.com with the subject line:

Include this information
- Your name.
- Your contact email.
- The connected platform, such as Instagram or TikTok.
- The username or account handle you want removed.
- A short confirmation that you are the account owner or are authorized to request deletion.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will remove or anonymize data associated with the connected account where technically and legally possible. This may include integration records, access tokens, stored profile details, unpublished content, publishing metadata, and related operational records.
Timing
We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained if required for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or platform audit obligations.
Revoke platform access
You can also revoke Fractas Social Studio access directly from your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other connected platform settings. Revoking access on the platform prevents future use of that authorization token.
