What the service does

Fractas Social Studio is a social publishing dashboard. It allows an authorized user to connect supported social accounts, prepare content, upload media, and publish or schedule posts to accounts they control or are authorized to manage.

Supported or planned channels may include Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, and Google Business Profile. Data is accessed only for channels the user connects and authorizes.

Information we collect

Depending on the connected platform and the permissions granted by the user, we may store:

Social account identifiers, usernames, display names, and profile images.
Access tokens or refresh tokens needed to keep the account connected.
Post content, captions, media files selected by the user, publishing metadata, schedule information, and publication status.
Basic account and integration settings required to operate the dashboard.
Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

To connect the social account after the user authorizes access.
To display connected channels inside the dashboard.
To upload, publish, or schedule content only when the user creates or approves that action.
To show publishing status, errors, and operational history to the authorized user.
To maintain service security, reliability, and auditability.

Platform permissions

When a user connects Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Google Business Profile, or another supported channel, Fractas Social Studio requests only the permissions needed for account identification, content upload, content publishing, comment management where enabled, analytics where enabled, and basic publishing workflow support. We do not use connected account data for unrelated advertising or profiling.

Publishing control

Fractas Social Studio does not publish content without the authorized user initiating or scheduling the action in the dashboard. Users remain responsible for the content they choose to publish.

Sharing of data

We do not sell connected social account data. We share data only with the connected social platforms as required to authenticate the account and perform the publishing actions requested by the user, or with service providers needed to operate the application infrastructure.

Retention

We retain connected account and publishing data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, comply with legal obligations, or until deletion is requested by the user or account owner.

User choices

Users can remove connected accounts from Fractas Social Studio where the interface supports it. Users can also revoke app access directly from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other connected platform account settings.

Data deletion

Deletion requests can be submitted using the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Requests can also be sent to privacy@fractas.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Fractas Social Studio is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
