Terms of Service for Fractas Social Studio

These terms govern use of Fractas Social Studio, a social publishing dashboard operated by Fractas d.o.o.

Use of the service

Fractas Social Studio is provided for authorized social publishing workflows. You may use the service only for accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage.

Connected accounts

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, or another social platform, you authorize Fractas Social Studio to use the permissions you grant for the purpose of operating the publishing workflow. You can revoke platform access through the connected platform's account settings.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, or schedule.
You must follow the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.
You must not connect accounts or publish content without proper authorization.
You must not use the service for spam, deception, unlawful content, or rights-infringing content.

Publishing actions

The service performs publishing actions requested by the authorized user. Scheduled posts may be published automatically at the selected time using the permissions granted by the connected account owner.

Availability

We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform API changes, permission changes, account restrictions, network issues, or maintenance may affect publishing.

Data and privacy

Third-party platforms

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms are third-party services. Fractas d.o.o. is not responsible for their availability, policy decisions, review outcomes, account enforcement, or API changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if it is used in a way that violates these terms, platform policies, applicable law, or operational security requirements.
